Application for sponsorship to attend the the 23rd Annual Congress of the Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition Society of Asia (PENSA 2023) to be held in Taipei, Taiwan on 19 - 22 October 2023
The Society is pleased to offer sponsorship opportunities for our members who wish to attend the captioned congress. For the details of the event, you can visit the website at https://pensa2023.com/ .
Applications for sponsorship of the event are available to both ordinary and associate members. The sponsorship package covers the economy round-trip flight ticket, accommodation fee and registration fee. Members with an active role (i.e., invited speakers, session chair, oral, poster, or video presentation, etc.) in the event will be given priority to obtain the sponsorship.
To apply, please submit the completed application form and supporting documents (if any) via email hkshbps2012@gmail.com no later than 8 September 2023. Please note that only our members are eligible to apply for sponsorship.
An acknowledgement email will be sent to the applicant after it is received. If the applicant does not receive the email, please contact me by email. The Society has a rolling admissions process and applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Late applications may only be considered on a space-available basis and case-by-case.
The final decision will be made by the Council Panel. Application results will be released via email within 4 weeks after the closing date of the application. Successful applicants should make their own arrangements for registration, transportation, and hotel accommodations.
